2016 U.S. Olympic Trials
July 8 & 10 A plethora of future and one current NCAA gymnast will compete in the U.S. Olympic Trials in the hopes of becoming a member of the best team in the world. Three alternate spots are also up for grabs.

2016 Canadian Olympic Trials
June 27 & 29 One current and six future NCAA gymnasts competed in the final competition for a chance to represent Canada at the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games in August. Congratulations to former Gymdog Brittany Rogers for making the team and future Washington gymnast Madison Copiak and Georgia verbal commit Megan Roberts for being named alternates. |

2016 P&G National Championships
June 24 & 26 Current and future NCAA gymnastics competitors took to the podium in St. Louis for the annual national championship-competition. While the seniors vy for a spot on the Rio Olympic team, the juniors look for the opportunity to make the U.S. National Team and perhaps win a national title. |

2016 Pacific Rim Championships
April 7-10 Georgia's Brittany Rogers (Canada) and Oklahoma's Brenna Dowell (USA) were chosen to represent their home countries at the Pac Rim Championships the second weekend of April. Rogers, a senior, is pulling a Hannah Montana and having the best of both worlds, as she likes to call her situation, while Dowell took the year off from competing at the NCAA level to focus on making the 2016 Olympic team.
