New Hampshire Wildcats
The New Hampshire has qualified to NCAA regionals in 33 of the last 35 years. The Wildcats won the EAGL Championship in 2003, and competed at the NCAA championships in 1994, finishing 12th. In addition to the team qualification to the national championship, individuals have represented UNH at the national championship 11 different times. During the 2016 season, it repeated as runner-up at the EAGL championships and stretched its home unbeaten streak to 21, dating back to March 8, 2014. Freshman Danielle Doolin was named the 2016 EAGL Rookie of the Year, and the balance beam team was ranked nationally in the top 10 for most of the season. Successful former gymnasts include Amanda Hall, Tara Phillips and Mariana Peña-Trestini.
